WHAM THE FINAL - 21 YEARS AGO TO THE DATE TODAY!

FEELING NOSTALGIC TODAY REMEMBERING THE FINAL LOOKING AT MY FINAL TICKET STUB CAN'T BELIEVE IT WAS 21 YEARS AGO TO THE DATE TODAY 28TH JUNE 1986!!

I REMEMBER IT BEING A SATURDAY AND MEETING UP WITH A FEW SCHOOL FRIENDS AT 5AM THAT DAY AND HEADED FOR WEMBLEY MY FIRST CONCERT EVER, I WAS SO EXCITED TO SAY THE LEAST IT WAS A GLORIOUS SUNNY DAY AND I GOT SUN BURNT A BIT DIFFERENT IN THE WEATHER TODAY!!!

I'LL NEVER EVER FORGET THAT DAY THINKING HOW LUCKY I WAS TO BE THERE SEEING GEORGE AND ANDREW PERFORM AS WHAM FOR THE LAST TIME, NOW 21 YEARS ON OUR MAN IS STILL PERFORMING FOR US ALL OUTSTANDINGLY, SO I GUESS GEORGE HAS NOW OFFICIALLY BEEN A SOLO ARTIST FOR 21 YEARS AFTER WHAM SPLIT.

God sooo long ago.... I can still c in my mind the moment they came out on stage, Andrew having that long black coat being peeled off his back n George shakin those tassels n omg that arse........ that arse......just as sexy 21yrs on..... biggrinbiggrinbiggrin

I remember a group of friends getting tickets at the time and I missed out.....
Then one had to drop out, and I remember begging my Mum for the ticket money so I could go.
I only got the ticket a few days before and didn't sleep a wink till the day, it was amazing...
I was 15!
I had to repay the money from my Ģ1.50 an hour waitressing job..lol
