Hi all.  Me starting off this week - how exciting.  Well back to the grind stone again cry

At least next week will be a short one as we are all off to Dublin on Friday. 

I was watching an old episode of Will and Grace yesterday when Will was waiting in a queue waiting for Barry Manilow.  It made me laugh as I could all us carrying on the same as the "fanalows"  It was very funny biggrin

Gosh, I can't believe it it monday either...

Well, I have had a busy week last week taking the time out to watch the 75,000 different views of the Beyonce and GM song was a nice break.

I had a job interview on Friday and the second one today...pay is crap, but the benefits are good so I will find out later this afternoon if I got the job or not they have to do a criminal background check (wonder is traveling the globe for concerts is considered a felony - of craziness that is), but they thought it was cool when I told them about all that we did. (You only live once)

I am now trying to get this room organised so I have a working office... it is a terror... but I have to work most of the day tomorrow so I have to try to get a HUGE dent in it today...

Anyway... I will pop in chat later and see if anyone is on... hope to be able to catch up with you all!!!

I loved seeing Tina and Eims in FL... but still was not enough time... if it were not for the weather, and oh yeah a car... I would have been there....

OK enough procrastinating and back to work... Have a great week and I will keep you all posted.

Hi all

Not posted for a while as I have not got much to say. I am now counting down the days to the school summer holidays (4 weeks and 4 days). Daughter is a little stressed out as she is in the middle of her 3 Science exams. I believe Ruth is going through the same with her son also.

I am looking forward to visiting London on the weekend of 4th and 5th July as I will be seeing Take That so that should be fun and something to look forward to. Still trying to decide if we can afford a family holiday in spain this year to visit my parents, or just to stay in the UK as they have forecast a good summer - but that probably means rain.

Nothing much else to say so I will stop rambling on.

not a bad start to wednesday for me.. just been in the card shop for fathers day cards and playing in the background was 'if you were there', next was 'lady marmalade' (not George but the original version - still a George thing going on though!), then 'if i told you that',  was it just a coincidence or is there a George fan lurking behind the counter??

Oh well, it's cheered me up today anyways xx

Only a week away from the Dublin meet up.  Hope everyone who is going have a fantastic time and do us all proud.

Today I have a hospital appointment with my daughter for more tests.  She gets severe pain in her chest at random times and they have as yet been unable to find out what is causing it.  They have ruled out there being a heart problem - so that is one consolutation.  The pain doesnt seem to be caused by any particular activity such as exercise. It is quiet worrying when you see her have an attack because it looks like she is having a heart attack or something

I hope they find out soon what it is.  They are now looking a the asophicos (spelling??????).

Oh well, such is life.

I am a freeeking genius... just saved a ton of time and I am so happy!

My name is Barbara and I am now addicted to this game on pogo called word riot!!!

Not much to tell that is going on right now... I am here working and just cut all of my time in half so I thought that I would stop in to see if anyone was lurking around... I miss you all... we still need to schedule a 'chat' with everyone... and I got a new home phone now that I can call home (the UK) for free... ypd!!! Look out... crazy american may be calling :)

Hi all , well I'm still on the job hunt and work still sucks but has been keeping me very busy lately combined with trying to squeeze in interviews,applications etc.
Sorry to hear about your daughter Debs i hope they find out what it is soon and sort it out.
You are all in my thoughts though and whenever I walk into our kitchen i see my photo staring back at me from the YBY calendar so it's hard to forget you all and I'm chuffed Jeffrey chose it for George's birthday month too!
Have to go and collect the little lady now so hopefully get to speak to some of you soon!

Hope you all are fine (sorry to hear about your daughter Debs, hope they sort it out soon!). Good luck with the jobhuning Kenny, I know how you hate the place youre in now.

Ive just started my summer holiday. Four weeks from now and the weather is changing for the better!! The girls (7 and 10) started their holiday a couple of weeks ago and now Im trying to get them out in the sun instead of playing those bleedin' pc games!!

Miss you all in chat. Are you ever there???
