Flush your cookies out of your pc by opening your browser and clicking on tools then internet options.Go to browsing history and click on delete then when it's done click on settings - view files - edit - select all - delete and then close it all back to your browser. If you have a router or cable modem switch it off allow it one minute then switch it back on. This will allow it to obtain a new ip address so that when you go back in to the site it will treat you as a new client and should allow you back in.
thanks kenny, does that mean when i renew i will have to use new username etc..., sorry if i sound thick!
No Jo it just means if the GMFC site is recognising your pc by it's ip address or a previously loaded cookie then it will no longer do so.So you will appear as a fresh user,however your personal details,account etc will remain unchanged on their server.You should be able to access the free section without renewing your membership it is just the forums etc that you are currently blocked from.
