OK YOU LOT JUST A QUICK NOTE TO SAY THAT THE 2009 XMAS PARTY IS GETTING UNDER WAY.
the room is booked again at the hotel russel for saturday 5th december 2009.
the backyard xmas site is now set up to take booking details and you can even pay youre deposits or all of it :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:
the cost this year is £64 each per person with a party pack included. without the party pack the cost per person will be £54 this is to cover extra cost we are likely to incur and towards the cost of prizes for the raffles.
The party packs will then just pay for themselves as this year we overspent on them and had nothing left to cover raffle prizes.
The online raffle and everything else will be the same as before.
The hotel has imposed a 50% deposit per person this year however so we need 55 persons minimum to pay a £25 deposit per person by the 1st of august 2009 followed by the remaining £29 due by 1st of september 2009.
for anyone wishing to do so you can keep sending ruthie money monthly or whenever you can afford to miss it until its all paid. this works out much easier than finding the full amount in september.
i will be looking into room rates for the russel hotEel and will post them on when ready.
Please fill in the booking form even if youre just interested in attending but not sure you can make it...i will be using the details to contact everyone on the list with updates and such throughout the year.
For those of you who wanted to send in cheques etc...I am now collecting in all deposits and paying it in to the organisers on 20th March so please get in touch with me to arrange payments. Hope you are all still coming!!!...
