Where is everybody!??

I find myself guilty lurking around and not seeing anything and logging off... so I thought I would post a thread and say HELLO!!!

Not a whole lot going on here...working too much...  I like it though.

Still contemplating coming over for Christmas Party, you know how Kath is, she can put up a good arguement!

Hi All,

Well I guess this is as good a day as any to make a reappearance, at least liven things up a bit lol........

I am not going to bore you all with my nitty gritty as to why I have not bin around at all this last year but just want to send big hugs and kisses to those who have phoned & sent me messages to check to see if I was still alive lol....  It means a whole load to know people are thinking of you... Ta XXXX

Hope you are all well and finding things to keep you busy in George's absense lol..... I have been thinking of the yard, out of sight but deffo not out of mind.

Promise to be around more often although I think Jeff's stripped me of my moderators costume ages ago..... give it back dude its mine..... lol

Just watch it Finni, my zimmer frame is now fitted with a turbo so no escaping me now hun winkwink

At the moment not sure if I am to make a flying visit or not as my uncles partner is waiting for a double by-pass but at the moment the NHS have not committed themselves to giving him a date!!!!! typical........  So not sure when it will be but want to try and be there even if its just for a few days while he has had the op......

Oh yeah.... Jeff thanks 4 pointing out the pending release of the DVD we have all been waiting for, I must be the only GM fan that had not seen the news, just goes to show how much outa things & myself have been lately... well pre-ordered my copy today as it will be months before it reaches Mallorca lol.......

Wonderful to see you back Clare Bear I have missed ya honey would be great to see you at the xmas party but I suppose that's a long shot?
I haven't been around as much as I would like myself lately as apart from working 60 hours a week I am currently in year 2 at The University of the West of Scotland doing a BSc in Computer Networking and an MCSA in Systems Administration so finding life all work and no play just now, but with the iminent loss of my job looming I had to make some tough decisions as to my future.
Nice to see you keeping the place going Barbie Lou we must all get together again on Skype some time soon and catch up.
Jeffers I hope you had a great holiday matey, I have missed our chats so we need to catch up, especially as I need to design a bleedin' web site for one of my degree modules LOL.I'm sure you have had some experience in this field recently?
The talk in our house is how can we fund a trip down under just now with clinical trials and liver donation currently front runners.LMAO

For some reason we have jumped to week 43 lol.....according to my calender OMG I must have FAST FORWARDED........ confuse 

Kenny glad 2 B back hun and have to say all this time I have been away I have still had my box filled everyday by U....... lol........  Hope Gina is well hun...

My hubby arrived home with a fractured ankle from his weekly Paddle game last night so I now have three kids in the house ........ dun it on purpose to get outa painting the front of the house grrrrrrr..........

Thanks Jeff I'm ok for software matey I have Dreamweaver and Adobe full enterprise additions including Fireworks which is one of the few perks of my job! LOL
Might need to pick your brains though on some of the set up as it progresses.
I have to design a fully working model for Visit Scotland.org using Dreamweaver but the outline design has to be done using Fireworks and presented as a Powerpoint presentation next week!! (HOLY CRAP!)
I then have 10 weeks to get the actual design working and uploaded to a server.
Clare I was routinely filling your box honey in the hope you were getting some pleasure out of it! ROFL
It's a bit like those blokes down a SETI sending messages into outer space in the hope someone is listening at the other end.LOL
Looking forward to seeing you all soon!

ask away matey when youre ready..i love a challenge

i dont use fireworks myself as im a dab hand with photoshop but i dare say u can transfer from one to teh other...fireworks is vector based so is bettter for powerpoint stuff but just for the net photoshops far easier to figure out.

the webdesign bits quite easy though so im only too happy to help u out if i can.

Glad to see I started a communications trend... we are missing a few peeps tho...

Gonna have a look at the cost of my 'free' flights... I think I could use a long weekend in my hometown... LOL

Now to find my passport and get the dust off of it...
