almost party time now and we will all be together again for some fun n frolics...god i love london..

Evening Jeff and everybody else! I know, its been ages since my last confession..... but here I am. Its not that I havent been in here at all, I havent posted anything, thats all.
It was sad to hear about the DVD (not going to be shown in the cinemas) it would have been so cool to have it in the background at the party (or in the centre of everything I should say maybe?). But Im rather happy anyway because I wont be leaving London until Monday evening so it gives me time to buy it before I leave. George is not the signing DVD kind of lad is he? It would be wonderful if he did, wouldnt it?
Is it too early to start that "where are you staying" and "what are you going to wear"-thread?
Are there any plans for a pre-party party on Friday evening? Come on everybody, the count down has started!

Hope the girls had a good time in Birmingham and enjoyed S.B. I saw Toni Hadley sing this summer and he was still in fine fettle (good voice that is).

Hi everyone I'm still working hard trying to earn the airfare to London etc and of course doing bloody homework (YUK).I must be crazy going back to school at my age!! As for the xmas party arrangements.... We will be flying down on Saturday morning and flying back Monday night and our party will be staying with most folks at the Grange Holborn enjoying their spa and hospitality.LOL Nice to see life breathing back into this old place again though, let's all try and keep it going!
Hi all. Well my excuse is that I started threads of the week for a while and no-one else was here. All too busy on Facebook and that is awful these days.

I still don't know about the future of my job. I have to go to a meeting next Monday and I think we might get told then - there are 5 of us in the same boat. One of the guys is in the union and he has been told that some of us will be offered our same jobs again, but at £5K less per year.
I am going to take time off this week as Samantha Morrissey is coming over to visit me tomorrow, I can't wait to see her, the bacardi mojitos are in the fridge already.
5 weeks on Friday until I am off to London. I know there are "where are you staying" threads on GMFC. I think no-one is starting the "what are you wearing" thread yet. It might just be "The Litltle Black Dress" or I have to wait to see if I can loose any weight. And that wont happen until after Sam and I eat and drink our way around Belfast.

not all members here go in next door these days either so it will be nice to get the threads in here as well ...

You have a good memory Kenny - I posted a few photos on the party event thingy on FB. Sam and I had a lovely time, just a nice relaxing few days. Maybe see you next week then Jeff, if not see you all in 5 weeks
